Bean and Cheese Taco

INGREDIENTS

corn tortilla 

pinto or black beans (recipe for my homemade pinto beans here)

grated cheddar cheese

avocado

pickled jalapeño and fresno chili

radish

cilantro

hot sauce

METHOD

  1. preheat air-fryer to 425 degrees F.

  2. spoon beans over tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.

  3. air-fry until cheese is melted and golden.

  4. top with avocado, pickled chilis, radish, cilantro, and hot sauce. enjoy:)
