Herby Open-Faced Omelette

serve with my cucumber-tomato-za’atar salad

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

Sea salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped

METHOD

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Whisk.

  2. Heat up olive oil in a pan and pour in your eggs. Once the top begins to set, sprinkle on the herbs.

  3. Flip and cook for another minute before serving. Enjoy!
