Jammy Tomatoes

METHOD

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Olive oil

Garlic, thinly sliced (optional)

Red chili flakes

Salt

Pepper

METHOD

  1. Add olive oil to a sauté pan and gently heat.

  2. Add in garlic (if using), red chili flakes, and tomatoes. Stir and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook low and slow until tomatoes have released their juices and are jammy.

  4. Serve with herby scrambled eggs and avocado toast.
